The Gladstone G70 Tile Extruder is a highly versatile machine designed for the precise extrusion of tiles, mouldings, and coils. With its standard 100 mm diameter nose cone and optional die plates, users can create various shapes, including hollow forms. This extruder is purpose-built for small clay manufacturers, incorporating a high-torque motor gearbox unit for optimal performance. The newly designed nose cone outlet allows for the extrusion of tiles up to approximately 280 mm wide and 25 mm thick, while smaller and thinner tiles can be crafted using accessory die plates. Designed with the understanding that extruding is an exact science, the G70 is equipped for fine-tuning with variable blades and additional options.
